Valery Dmitrievich Zorkin (Russian: Вале́рий Дми́триевич Зо́рькин; born 18 February 1943) is a Russian jurist who serves as the fourth and current President of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. He also served as the first President of the Constitutional Court in 1991-1993.
